What is Beauty Revived?
Beauty Revived is a photography movement that celebrates real women with real beauty. Photographers search out women who demonstrate attributes of real beauty and donate a session to them. After the session they submit the pictures along with the story to be featured on our blog.
How do I join the movement?
What kind of sessions will be featured?
We choose sessions that focus on the beautiful lives that the woman lives. We especially love those who are doing what they can to help and lift others. When choosing someone who has endured trials, we love to know how they are using their trials to help others.
What is a Beauty Revived campaign?
Four times a year, we host a Beauty Revived campaign and focus on a specific group of people. Photographers are able to apply to be a part of the campaign. Fifty photographers are chosen and their sessions are featured in Beauty Revived’s quarterly magazine.
What campaigns do you have scheduled for 2016?
50 Most Beautiful Mothers- Applications open: Feb. 1, Submission deadline: April 15, Magazine published May 15.
50 Most Beautiful Children- Applications open: May 9, Submission deadline: July 15, Magazine published Aug. 15.
50 Most Beautiful Women- Applications open: June 20, Submission deadline: October 15, Magazine published Nov. 15.
50 Most Beautiful H.S. Seniors- Applications open: July 19, Submission deadline: Nov 15, Magazine published Jan 15.
What are the requirements for becoming a part of a campaign?
Apply by the deadline.
Commit to submitting a session by the due date.
Pay the application fee.
Why is there an application fee?
All of the application money goes to supporting the cost of running Beauty Revived. We do this so that we don’t have to have fund raisers or anything like that. We promise to keep it small ($15) so that it doesn’t exclude people from applying.
What if I don’t want to be a part of a campaign but still want to participate?
No problem! We accept submissions anytime for our blog. Please submit them here.
